Tara Distillery Pot Still Gin

Tara Pot Still Gin is made with botanicals sourced from Australia, Ireland, and Newfoundland. A powerful, genuine pot still gin infused with juniper, coriander, foraged sea lettuce from the Shoalhaven’s white sandy beaches, mountain pepper leaf, Irish rowan berry, heather, and Newfoundland savoury. This is a unique, well-balanced, and exquisitely complex gin.

Wolf Lane Navy Strength Gin pays tribute to the days when Royal Navy commanders and sailors alike drank gin while exploring the high seas. With powerful flavours of finger limes and red grapefruit, this gin delivers a punch at 118 proof (58 per cent). The narrative begins in 2016 when a group of dear friends opened Three Wolves (a cocktail and whiskey bar) in Cairns. Following the popularity of the first two bars, two more were opened: Gin Social (a hotel lobby gin bar at the Hilton Hotel) and Flamingos Tiki Bar. With a range of various spirit bars, the pals were constantly pulled back to gin. Because gin is such a flexible spirit, they were enthralled by the prospect of crafting their own version of the ideal gin.
They purchased a magnificent red brick building from the early 1900s next door to Three Wolves in 2018. After restoring the building to its original construction, they were left with a one-of-a-kind and magnificent location in which to begin manufacturing their own gin. They distil a clean base spirit (at ABV 96 per cent) using a bespoke 8-plate column still dubbed Column Farrell (a play on the actor Colin Farrell) which is diluted down and distilled a second time to make their award-winning gins. Wolf Lane steeps its dry botanicals for 24 hours before putting them in a copper gin basket for vapour infusion during the second distillation.
Wandering Distillery Nomad Gin

The Wandering Gin is based on a traditional gin foundation of Juniper, Coriander, and Angelica. The precisely calibrated formulation enhances the citrus components with fresh Orange and Lemon, as well as the unique smell of Kaffir Lime Leaf. Finally, Elderflower contributes to the summer flowery aspect. If you prefer to drink it neat, the richness of the Elderflower will reveal itself with each sip. The gin is prepared using Macedonian Juniper, Moroccan Coriander, and Thai Kaffir Lime Leaves. It is bottled at 42 per cent alcohol by volume, which best preserves the delicate flavours.
Margaret River Distilling Co. Pink Ginversity

As we all know, the Margaret River Region is famous for its wine, but there are times when simply a cocktail would suffice. Whether you like a martini or a basic Gin&Tonic, a self-guided tour of the region’s gin distilleries provides an opportunity to get a new perspective on the concept of terroir while exploring the region’s unique characteristics and flavours.
Pink Gin is a thirst-quenching gin with a gentle sweetness on the tongue, inspired by sunny days in Margaret River and luscious South West summer fruits. The notes of quandong, fig, apple, and berries are all prominent in this playful and delicious gin. We’ve also added a citrus backbone and a smidgeon of rose petals for a light, delicate finish. Pink in colour, this gin is ideal for times that call for a little extra fun. We propose serving this delectable gin with a garnish of dried or fresh green apple and quality Mediterranean tonic over ice.
